Chef Hooles, a.k.a. Hoolie, serves as SSR’s official baker, chef, and money manager. When we go to restaurants, she is in charge of dealing with the check even though she’s not Jewish. She does yoga to stay Zen and she also keeps an herb garden on the stoopdeck, even though people pee on it a lot so we really can’t use any of the herbs harvested at SSR.

Chef Hooles likes pina coladas, and getting caught in the rain.
